Bleeding is not happened after taking two pills through vagina and  but doctor says she is unmarried.. that's why it's takes to bleeding..is it correct?

For what medicine through vagina was taken..If unmarried then why per vaginal bleeding. If sexually active then medicine will act equally in both case
