Bleeding Ingrown Toenail

Hello there, I've got an ingrown toenail that has been there a while now. It's been treated to the point of almost being recovered, but then it went bad and went back to how it was before. Over the last month, I have noticed that it has been getting increasingly bloody. One half of tip of the nail appears to be red as if there is blood under it.
