Hello, I have burning sensation and bleeding (fresh blood) feels like a tear in my rectum wall. May be coz of hard stool passed once. It seems to happen every time I pass stool now what can be done please advice ?

You should consult a surgeon. As you probably have anal fissure.For the time being you can apply any anti hemorrhoidal cream before stools, and take a sitz bath immediately after. Also start using a laxative syrup.
