Bleeding in short period
My mother in law is feeling too much weakness and when do a small work, she will have fever. Her period comes in every 15 days and bleeding will continue for 7-8 days. Having the lower abdomen pain, and from some days there is some swelling in lower abdomen. Ultrasound pelvis and blood test done. Please find the attached reports. Our local gynecologist suggest total abdomen hysterectomy. I want to know is surgery is the last option and how many days admission is required for surgery. Any other options to treat. Please suggest.

Medical management won't work as it ll be temporary.
Heavy bleeding cause anemia that's why is feels tired and generalized weakness.
Go for laparoscopic hysterectomy sos total abdominal hysterectomy.
