Bleeding in pregnancy

Am in second month of pregnancy little bleeding and some discharge ...am on bed rest for 15 days with medication  if my reports came Normal after 15 days ...how long should I rest ? Do I need to rest all 9 months, ? How many chances of recovering after this bleeding?
