Bleeding in bowel movement

I am 24 yrs of age. I sometimes see blood streaks in stool also with some drops at the end. There is generally no pain. I have this strange sensation as if wind is trapped near anus or I want to open my bowel. There is no swelling on the outside. Pls suggest

It could be piles, consult surgeon in person for physical examination. Drink atleast 3L of water every day. Have fiber rich food. Have more fruits and vegetables.
