Bleeding from nose while squeezing

Blood came from nose, thick black blood, while squeezing the nose. It appeared yesterday. He is not a covid affected person. For the past 1 month no severe disease appeared. Sinusitis is there for him and currently the climate is very hot and humid. Dust allergy is there. He is consuming tablet for preasure. No other diseases so far. What is the reason for this? What precuation should we take?

Most probably due to dryness in nose that may lead crust formation when try to remove that crust may lead to some nasal bleeding Avoid nose pricking Avoid hard nose blowing Nasal drop nasoclear 4drops tds
