Bleeding for 3 years. Pcod.
I had 1 miscarriage in 2019 due to incompetence cervix. From then bleeding stops only if i take OC pills or duphaston. In June, 2021 I delivered a baby boy.. after delivery again bleeding continued for 3 months. It stopped only after taking OC pills. Recently i stopped taking pills after 6 months, but then bleeding started again in 15 days. My Ultrasound reports shows Pcod only. My doctor put me on Trapic Mf & Regestrone Cr 10mg. Should i do any other tests? Or is it only because of hormonal changes or PCOD?

Rather unusual presentation.
Firstly you had an abortion in 2019 due to incompetent Cervix.
That hardly involves hormone levels.
Secondly you had a baby in 2021. After delivery you had bleeding for 3 months.
It could be controlled only by OCP. Again difficult to understand why you had bleeding for 3 months after a normal delivery . A D&C could have been offered .
And now again you are on OCP.
Under the circumstances I would like to admit you to the hospital for observation. I would like to see how much and what type of bleeding you are having since 5 years which can't be controlled without OCP.
