Passing stool with bleeding. No pain. It has happened today with me. It is serious or.          Pl tell me what vl be do now. Is there any serious

This can be piles. Needs a rectal examination by a general surgeon. Avoid constipation. Stools should be absolutely soft. High fibre diet salads sprouts green vegetables fruits etc.

Bleeding from anus especially if painless requires examination by a concerned doctor to ascertain the cause of it.It may be a simple thing or a serious thing.
Next Steps
Go to a surgeon or gastroenterologist or proctologist get a rectal examination &proctoscopy or video rectoscopy done.
