Bleeding during pregnancy

I am 2 and a half months pregnant. I am bleeding from last 3 days it's not as heavy flow as periods. Sometimes I spot blood and sometimes it's half to two spoon of blood. Due to lockdown I can't go anywhere. I am raking rest still I am bleeding. Please suggest me what to do.

Hi, Please go on strict bed rest, Start tab Endogest 200mg bd, tab Duvadilon 10 mg thrice a day, and watch for bleeding. Bed rest is essential. As soon as you can get an ultrasound done to see fetal viability and gestational age
