Bleeding during 14 week pregnancy

I am pregnant of 14 week from. Last night having bleeding with abdominal pain and headache. Please check attachment of bleeding pad and advice me what to do without consultation fees as I am out of india. Please help me any kind heart doctor. I can't be able to video consultation. This bleeding is not normal. You should get an ultrasound done for fetal well being. If everything is normal in scan then progesterone supplements needs to be started
