Bladder neck elevation

Hi Doctor, I’m 25 years old and unmarried. I was diagnosed with Grade 1 bladder neck elevation through cystoscopy in June. I took Tab Doxin 8 mg for a month, but my urine flow didn’t improve. A urodynamic study showed normal bladder function. I’m now taking Aluzsin 10 mg as prescribed. The doctor also mentioned that if there is still no improvement, CIC (Clean Intermittent Catheterization) may be the next step. But I am not interested and scared too.My doctor didn't mention clearly what was root cause for my problem. I have some questions 1) What could be the root cause of Grade 1 bladder neck elevation at my age — could it be by birth or lifestyle-related and so on ? 2) Are there any treatment options other than surgery and CIC? 3) Is it safe to use Herbalife products while taking Alfusin? 4) Are there any treatments available in Ayurveda or traditional Vaidhyam? 5) What lifestyle changes should I follow to improve my condition?
