Seems to be melanonychia Like mole on the face these are on nail

Greetings. What you have is something called melanonychia.. This is common in people of Indian or African origin / or in brown and darker skin types. However if it's very dark and only in a single nail, just see a qualified dermatologist for reassurance or you could alternatively send pics on follow up messaging. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
