I'm having Black stool since 3 days. I go for toilet once a day. Bt since 3-4 days I am not able to evacuate stomach fully.

Black stools could be due to GI bleed. You should go the hospital to rule out GI bleed. Although there are other causes of Black stool but still you need to rule out GI Bleed.
