Hello I have extreme nausea, black stool and stomach ache and stomach discomfort for last 3 days. No fever. No loose motion. No vomit. What could be the reason? Is this food poisoning?

I think its not food poisoning Since ur telling black stools...it indicates some bleeding in your Intestines Since your complaint of vometing ,,,it indicates. upper gastrointestinal tract . problems For your problem get permanent solution ...my suggestion is you to consult any General surgeon At present just relieve your symptoms..i prescribe some medications 1) Tab Emeset 4mg 1-1-1 × 3days 2) Tab.pantop 40mg 1-0-0 empty stomach × 3days
