Hello doctor My age is 17 I have a oily skin on my face I had acne before but now it reduced but I have black dark spots on face due to popping my pimples when I was 15 to 16 years old this made my face to look ugly and there is a mix of my original face colour and black spots these affects my confidence levels so bad that I can't click any photo of me I tried many face wash but nothing helped me can u please reccomend any facewash or cream to reduce these black spots Thank you

Facewash won’t help in lightening the pigment. You need proper treatment which includes a skin lightening cream , sunscreen and oral treatment .

Please do not touch pimples or pop them as this worsens the marks.Due to your skin type probably marks are persistent and will need examination to analyse and advise you further.
