I have black spots on my hand, lips and legs. Whenever I suffers fever or something else there are itching in that and they turns to red colour. I have these spots from last 2 years and I have taken many medicines but not effective. Now suggest me the best treatment of these. Can i Peel off these? What is the charges of peeling off these spots?
