I have this itchy black spots on my back chest and under arms and now it's spreading to my arms i don't know what it is but it's irrating me and I'm worried

Hi It seems to be fungal infection..Advice to visit a dermatologist as soon as possible... You may need oral and topical antifungals
Next Steps
please show it to the dermatologist if u ignore marks may become permanent
