Hi I have black heads on my hips ..arms and legs ...its like if i touch i feel like having spines on my body...if i scratch it  fro. Nails i get black heads coming out . I tried scrubbing ..but it didnt last for long. Please suggest

Looks like keratosis pilaris.. it can be recurrent.. continue using moisturizer.. for proper treatment consult a dermatologist for prescription
