I have been noticing some black dots in stool for the past 3 months and there are like 3-4 dots per piece of stool and I doubt it might be something . And I don't have any other symptoms other than black dots in stool. I just have some smelly farts sometimes . That's it rather I'm not in any medication and I don't eat any junk foods mostly . I need to know is it normal due to diet or should I be concerned !
