Black colour only in neck

Black colour in neck and when i get up in the morning it looks worst but after sometime it faded a little bit. And when i get exposed to sun for little time also it becomes worst. The neck area becomes very bad and looks black. It reduces my selfconfidence. Plz help me . Thankyou
