I'm growing a black color stain on my lower inner side of my teeth. I have always maintained oral hygiene. How do I remove it?

Hello mam... stains in the lower teeth may be to beverages like coffee , tea, soft drinks...or soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus)..you need to do scaling (teeth cleaning) to remove this stains
