I always feel bitter taste in my mouth ..amd my tongue becomes yellow or white ..i am afraid bc it maybe cause for bad breath

At times , bitter taste could be underlying cause for a case of rhinosinusitis or sinusitis as commonly known. You may need to get either a CT scan PNS or a nasal endoscopy to rule out sinusitis .
