In my front tooth, if post and core procedures is done, then I can't bite anything, even biscuits, pizza, sandwiches. Is post and core long lasting? Is it not harmful for several Years. Can I not bite anything with even my zirconia lava crown. Post and core had put in only one front tooth.?I am very frustrated because I am a teenager. Please help me.

If it’s a single tooth just to be on the safer side don’t bite into anything very hard directly from front , but U can from the side of Ur mouth
