I don't have a mark from  birth , it started appearing when I was 10 years old .. and till then it is visible .. it is present on face ,near my right eye .. I have taken 7 to 8  laser treatment sittings bt they won't worked .. my mark is of coffee shade .. can you please suggest some treatment for this or some advice .. I am very disturbed because of this .. please help me .
