I got married 3 months back. I din have my periods this month.. I have checked pregnancy tester and it's positive. What do I need to do for birth control. Is there direct pills or do I need to consult doctor? Please someone help me out.

It is not at all safe to take pills on your own, need to consult gynecologist and get ultrasound done.
