Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder as name tells you has 2 poles..one extreme anger/euphoric mood associated with various other related complaints..other pole is depressive mood/sad mood and related complaints..
Mood swings can't be described as bipolar disorder.. you must visit a Psychiatrist for sleep, anger, irritability issues.
