Hieee...the information provided is nt enough..   If this started fr the 1st time u need to get evaluated fr some neurological problems before thinking it as psychiatric illness.   If he was already a patient of bipolar disorder with present episode mania there are so many medication available better consult psychiatrist and get treatment..
