My brother is 17 and was in depression since last 5 months (from Februar). He tried to commit suicide by jumping off the terrace , got many fractures, still was in the thought process of going for another attempt. We took him to a psychiatrist , he gave him medications, which included desvenlafaxine 50mg sizoden plus ( risperidone + trihexphenydil ) 3mg  and rivotril 0.25mg (clonazepam) He took medications for sometime (around 2 weeks) and was getting better , so skipped for a week or two, and again developed depression while was more severe this time . This wine when we consulted , the doctor added more medication with heavy dosage. He was still in depression , then from last 10 days he was having a good time, we thought he is improving , but then from last 5 days he started to have a lot of demands , extremely stubborn behaviour and had a lot of energy , was talking weirdly , was uncontrollable as he wanted to many tasks even though he was getting tired.
