Hi there, I'm a 25 year old and I think I might be suffering from bipolar disorder. My family will only think I'm over reacting if I share my opinion with them. So I would like to get my facts straight before visiting a doctor as I'm still on my mom's medical aid. ​Would anyone be able to help me with this?
