I can empathize with you.. nowdays stress is one of the major factor to develop Psychological problems...See the stressor will not change...single most important factor to get better is ..CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK..or look at stressors... getting me...talk to someone close about it... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...when problems are head on..catch the Bull's horns..ok...
