Biotin supplement increases my hairfall

After suffering from Dengu my hairfall started and visit to homeopathy doctor he gave me capsule which increases hairfall after sometime when I checked the capsule it was biotin.. I am still using it from last 40 days and it increases my hairfall at extreme rate. The homeopathy doctor told me it happens upto 8 weeks.. And he explain that you are loosing your week hair and you will get new growth.

It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. Initial hairfall is common and it's bound to occur and in that place new hairfollicles will grow. Also only biotin doesnot help much you need to use other topical solutions too. Kindly followup with relevant history.
