Bilateral Varicocele

I have had severe varicocele and 2 yrs ago I started my Ayurveda treatment in which my varicocele got cured 70% but previous year in the month of December I got a side effect in which my liver stopped working and for a month I struggled then after that I took the medicines again for 2 weeks and again there is a side effect occur which was GERD from that time till now I have not taken any medicines and I am afraid to take any . I want to know if dietary has a good role to play in it I am not feeling secure in taking any medicines . Please suggest me any diet which can cure this problem completely . And I am feeling low appeal also .

You haven't mentioned what type disorder caused to liver. We could suggest only under lab reports or scanning results.
