Hi, We’ve been undergoing fertility consultations for the past year. Our doctor recommended a DHL test, which showed bilateral tubal terminal hydrosalpinx. We’ve been advised that IVF is our only option now. We are prepared to proceed with IVF, but we’d like to know the success rate of this procedure. Additionally, is there any way to address or reverse the bilateral tubal terminal hydrosalpinx alongside the treatment? Thanks

You should get both tubes removed or clipped and then undergo IVF. The probability of success depends on your AMH, LH/FSH, and other hormonal profile

If you are proceeding for hydrosalpinx then prior to IVF this hydrosalpinx needs to be treated or tubes needs to be clipped because the fluid of hydrosalpinx can act like toxin to fetus. Furthermore the success rate of IVF can't be determined before hand
