I have diagnosed with ovarian cyst and hydrosolpinx I have shared my report here iam confused to for laproscopy or medication my doctor recommended me dinogst2mg medicine please anyone help me for the 2nd opinion

Surgery is not required at present as the cyst size is less than 5 cms You can use Dinogest Even hydrosalpunx is 4 cms... depends of how symptomatic you are... if you are symptom free you can wait for some more days You can take a course of antibiotic

Surgery is not required for this size of the ovarian cyst The treatment of hydrosalpinx  will depend whether you are  looking to get pregnant or not
