Bilateral arm and shoulder pain

2026-08-06 05:05:21
I have noticed that whenever I am exposed to cold weather, I develop pain on the right side of my nose. At the same time, both of my ears start popping. In addition, after waking up in the morning, I experience pain and stiffness in both shoulders, upper arms, and palms. The symptoms improve as I start moving during the day My ANCA test is normal, but these symptoms continue to occur. I would like to know the possible cause and whether further evaluation is needed Pain also feels in bilateral hip and juction of neck behind

You might have rhinitis (may be allergic) issues .Because of that your Nose gets blocked due to which ear also gets blocked or gets filled with fluid leading to ear fullness and ear pain. Regarding second issue , it may be due to bad posture of sleeping or use of big pillow that is causing neck pain and shoulder pain
