I am suffering from telogen hairball because of thyroid issues I am taking vitamin supplements iron tablets as well should I take bhringraj 500 mg tablet will they help in hairfall please answer Thanks

Hi,  Take Amalaki  churna 1 tsf with lukewarm water,  Syp manoll 2 tsf bid after food n Mahabhringraj oil is also effective
