Hello welcome to practo.com.you have done beta HCG test on 4 th day ,it can be false negative,so if still periods not come repeat the pregnancy test again on 10 th day of missed date.if positive  go USG on 10 th day to rule out ectopic pregnancy,and consult me on practo prime online or offline.
