Doctor advised for Betnesol 12 mg to my wife who is 28 week pregnant. It is Twins pregnancy. Any side effect or precautions to take.

it is given for pulmonary maturity of the baby . as your wife is carrying twins there is some risk of preterm labour so betnesol will help in.lung maturity so that the babies will not have a problem.in breathing after birth .
