Hi doctor, please help me with the dosage of betadine, how much to take so as to dilute with water. I just gargled with a glass of water in which i mixed 15ml, but later while gargeling I felt that it got too diluted with water so i mixed another 10-15ml of betadine in remaining water + little warm water I added, so is it an overdose of betadine?

Add 15ml lukewarm water to 15ml Betadine oral rinse (50:50 dilution). Gargle for 30 seconds and discard. Repeat 2-3 times a day. Using undiluted Betadine oral rinse is also possible, however most patients prefer some dilution.
