Is it necessary to have hcg q00 or above 0n the 14th day of embryo transfer.mine is only 27.7. Though there is a rise from previous count I.e. 19.66...is it a failed cycle

Implantation has not occurred even 14 days after the embryo transfer. Not a good sign.
