Hi Dr I missed my period 5 days back it was due on 23rd yesterday i checked beta HCG it is 581 but and no sac seen in TVS is it normal or it could be Ectopic pregnancy please reply

Mostly it will not be ectopic. But please be vigilant. U must follow up with bhcg after 48hr or if u have missed 48hr must do at 96 hr.
Also must follow up with TVS after getting the bhcg report or sos if u get pelvic pain of spotting.
