Beta hcg 0.100 miu/ml aftr missed period

My last period was on 25th january. Usually I have regular cycle of  25-26 days cycle. Due date was 19-20 feb. On 22nd feb i.e. on 29th day of cycle i tested the beta hcg test which was 0.100 miu/ml. Can i be pregnant. I still haven't got my period on 30th day.
