Best treatment for PCOS?

Have been getting treated for PCOS for a long period. Confused with the kind if treatment that I should go in for, that will help me the most? Having irregular periods quite often. Hair loss and excessive bulging out of tummy. Due to heavy flow quite often, I am anemic as well. I feel tired with just my teaching profession, at the end no strength left to exercise. Kindly guide me.
