Hello. Espazine is a good medicine for hallucinations. In some patients it may not work. Or increase in dose may be required. Espazine can cause postural hypotension i.e. lowering of blood pressure on suddenly standing. To prevent this, ask her to get up slowly and also move her toes while sitting. Consult a psychiatrist for review of treatment. Regards .
