My B12 is 236. I am suffering with several symptoms with deficiency. doctor prescribed me Neuronz D. but it doesn't suit to me. I have fever, headache, acidity,  nausea and several symptoms after consuming this medicine. I am planning for pregnancy. anyone please suggest me any best multivitamin suppliment with no side effects. is Nutrilite B complex good and enough for me?
