Hi pls tell best injection or tablet to stop spotting immediately.with in two days  spotting will stop completely? Give best one to stop spotting instantly pls tell. Except (depo provera and tablets tranexa, meprate, pause mf,K Stat 500) my gynaecologist already suggested this for me but no use . So pls tell best one to stop spotting instantly
