What should be an ideal diet for students while preparing for competitive exam like upsc. What should be included in diet so brain function in efficient manner and can remain energetic whole day
Diet with more proteins,more calories & good exercises.
For proteins- Take more milk with protein powder,more of the cereals & Legumes,
Non veg- Egg,meat etc.
For Minerals- Eat fresh & seasonal fruits .
