My stomach area around bellybutton hurts really bad. I keep on passing gas whole day. The pain is dull and spread over... I think the pain is originating from my intestines... Plz advise what to do... I don't much junk food but I am addicted to drinking coke everyday

Dear patient Have antacid early morning before breakfast (eg rabesac d ) Do USG abdomen and pelvis to rule out any abdominal pathology Have anti spasmodic medication for symptomatic relief from pain abdomen Get cbc and serum amylase done
