First thing go for soft diet. that means no spices only low salt,haldi, oil based vegetables. dnt take potato related vegetable. no banana, plain rice only 50gm raw. fruit mainly citrus .I.e sour . take dairy products in meals or snacks within 100ml or 50gm oil limited only 10gm. no high calorie foods,no day time sleep but engagement of home out office activities.
